Visa timeline planner

Choose where and when you want to start. We work backwards to show when to test, apply, gather documents and submit your visa application.

Step 1 of 3: Destination

Where are you planning to study?

We use that country's processing times.

Dates are planning guides, not official deadlines. Nothing you enter here is saved.

This result uses the general rules. Your own documents, finances and history can change it. Have an advisor check your exact case.

How it works

  1. Choose destination and intake

Pick the country and the month your course starts.

  2. See your route

We use the typical processing time for that country and a buffer for travel and housing to date each step.

  3. Add it to your calendar

Read the list, or download the milestones as a calendar file for your phone or computer.

Questions people ask

Are these official deadlines?

No. They are planning dates worked out from typical processing times. School deadlines and visa rules differ, so check each one on the official source.

What if my intake is too close?

The planner tells you when the planning date has passed. Ask your school about a later intake and check the official page for any faster service, but do not count on one.

Why does the visa date come before the decision date?

It is the date to submit by. The decision date adds the typical wait, and we leave extra weeks for flights, housing and any delay.

Can I use it for more than one country?

Yes. Run it for each destination and compare the dates side by side.

Want a person to check your plan?

An adviser can review your documents, funds and timeline with you and tell you what to fix before you apply.
