- •Payment information (processed securely by Paystack, Flutterwave, or Stripe — we do not store card details)

- •Application details, travel history, and document information you provide
How We Use Your Data

Data Sharing
- •Payment processors (Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe) to process transactions
- •Email service providers (Resend) to send transactional emails
- •Translation and apostille service partners where required for your service
- •Law enforcement or regulatory authorities if legally required
Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. Financial records are retained for 7 years in compliance with tax and AML regulations. Document uploads are retained for 2 years and then deleted unless required for ongoing services.

GDPR Deletion Request
To request account deletion and data erasure, log in to your dashboard and navigate to Settings > Request Account Deletion, or email privacy@jandifyglobal.com. Requests are processed within 30 days. Note: financial records required by law will be retained for the legally mandated period.
Data Security
We use HTTPS encryption, secure database storage, bcrypt password hashing, and HTTP-only cookies. Payment card data is never stored on our servers — it is processed directly by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie (jandify_session) for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
