  • Clients making high-value payments (NGN 500,000+ or USD/EUR 500+) may be required to complete identity verification
  • Accepted ID types include international passports, national ID cards, and drivers licences
  • A selfie matching the ID may also be required
  • KYC verification is reviewed by our compliance team within 24 hours
  • Payments are held until KYC is approved for qualifying transactions

Suspicious Transaction Monitoring

  • We monitor payment patterns for unusual activity including large single payments, rapid successive transactions, and payments from flagged regions
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions are blocked and logged
  • Our team may contact you to verify the source of funds for high-value payments

Fraud Prevention Measures

  • IP-based duplicate account detection
  • Idempotency keys to prevent double-charging
  • Document authenticity flags — suspicious documents are held for review
  • Sanctions screening against international watchlists
