Accepted Payment Methods
- •Paystack — debit/credit cards and bank transfers (NGN, GHS, ZAR)
- •Flutterwave — multi-currency cards and mobile money (NGN, GHS, KES, UGX, EUR, GBP, USD)
- •Stripe — international card payments for consultation and SaaS services only
- •Bank Transfer (Moniepoint / Manual) — NGN payments confirmed by our admin team
Safe Service Categories
All payment descriptions on invoices and payment links use compliant, accurate service labels. These include: Study Abroad Consultation Fee, Application Form Assistance, Visa Document Preparation Support, Travel Booking Support Service, Translation Coordination Fee, Apostille Processing Support, Consultation Booking Fee, Platform Subscription Fee, and Administrative Support Fee.
What Payments Cover
Payments made to Jandify Global cover advisory, preparation, and support services only. They do not cover embassy visa fees, SEVIS fees, government application fees, airline tickets, hotel costs, or any third-party fees unless explicitly specified in writing.
Stripe Usage Restriction
Stripe is only used for: consultation bookings, SaaS platform subscriptions, document preparation support, education consulting, and scholarship application support. Stripe is not used for embassy fee collection, government fees, or any category that may violate Stripe's terms of service.
Mandatory Disclaimer
Before any payment is processed, clients must acknowledge the service disclaimer confirming that payment is for advisory and preparation support only, and that Jandify Global does not guarantee visa approval, admission, or immigration outcomes.
Invoicing
An invoice is automatically generated and emailed to the client upon successful payment. Invoices include the service name, category, amount, payment reference, and a disclaimer noting the nature of the service.
Fraud Prevention
Jandify Global uses idempotency keys to prevent duplicate charges. Payments above NGN 500,000 or USD/EUR 500 may trigger identity verification (KYC). Suspicious transactions are logged and may be declined.
