Service Fee Refunds
Jandify Global charges fees for advisory and document preparation services. Once work has commenced on your application, fees are non-refundable except in the specific circumstances described below.
Full Refund Eligibility
- •You cancel within 24 hours of payment and before any work has commenced
- •Jandify Global is unable to deliver the agreed service due to internal error
- •A duplicate payment was made due to a technical error
Partial Refund Eligibility
- •You cancel after 24 hours but before document preparation has begun — up to 50% refund at our discretion
- •A significant delay in our service delivery (beyond 14 business days for standard services) — partial refund for incomplete work
No Refund Situations
- •Visa rejection by the embassy or consulate — our fees cover preparation, not outcomes
- •University or scholarship rejection
- •Change of mind after document preparation has begun
- •Fraudulent document submission by the client
- •Client failure to provide required information in a timely manner causing delay
- •Third-party fees (embassy fees, airline costs, hotel costs) which are outside our control
Refund Process
To request a refund, email support@jandifyglobal.com with your name, payment reference, and reason for the request. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days back to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
Clients who initiate chargebacks without first contacting us will have their accounts suspended pending investigation. We will dispute illegitimate chargebacks with supporting evidence of services rendered.
