Zero Tolerance for Forgery
Jandify Global operates a strict zero-tolerance policy for document forgery, falsification, manipulation, or misrepresentation. We will not assist any client in creating, editing, or submitting documents that do not accurately represent the client's genuine circumstances.
Client Responsibility
- •All documents uploaded or submitted through Jandify Global must be genuine, accurate, and legally obtained
- •Clients must not misrepresent financial positions, employment status, travel history, or personal circumstances
- •Documents must not be altered, edited, or manipulated from their original state
- •Submission of fraudulent documents to embassies or institutions is a criminal offence and the client's sole liability
Admin Review Rights
Jandify Global staff reserve the right to review, reject, or flag any document that appears suspicious, inconsistent, or potentially fraudulent. Flagged documents will be held and the client will be notified and asked to provide clarification or replacement documents.
Consequences of Fraud
- •Applications involving fraudulent documents will be immediately cancelled without refund
- •The client's account will be permanently suspended
- •Jandify Global may report the matter to relevant authorities and payment processors
- •The client remains fully liable for any legal consequences arising from document fraud
What We Prepare
Jandify Global prepares original supporting documents — cover letters, travel itineraries, statements of purpose — based entirely on genuine client-provided information. We do not alter, fabricate, or misrepresent any official or government-issued document.
