Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about Jandify Global's services, processes, and policies.

We offer nine core services: Study Abroad Programs, Visa Processing Guidance, Apostille Services, Single Status Certificate assistance, Translation & Notarization, Legalization & Authentication, Flight & Hotel Bookings, Job Applications & Work Permit guidance, and Holiday Travel Support. Each service involves document preparation, advisory, and guided support — not legal representation.

No. Jandify Global does not and cannot guarantee visa approval, university admission, scholarship awards, or any immigration outcome. We are a document preparation and advisory service. Final decisions rest entirely with embassies, immigration departments, universities, and other relevant authorities. Any company that guarantees a visa outcome is likely operating outside the law.

Timelines vary depending on the service and country. Apostille processing can take 2–4 weeks depending on the issuing authority. Visa document preparation typically takes 3–7 business days once all your materials are submitted. University applications follow institutional deadlines. We always advise starting as early as possible — at least 3 months before your target travel or enrollment date.

Requirements depend on your service, nationality, and destination country. When you start an application or eligibility check, we provide a personalised document checklist. Common documents include valid passport, passport photographs, bank statements, proof of accommodation, employment or enrollment letters, and country-specific forms. We review everything before submission.

We currently support applications targeting Portugal, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Ireland, and the United States. Our team has specific experience with Schengen Area and UK visa documentation. For other destinations, contact us — we may still be able to help.

We accept payments via Paystack (card and bank transfer for Nigerian clients), Flutterwave, and Stripe (international cards). All payments are processed securely and you will receive a receipt. Our advisory fees are paid before service begins. Third-party fees (embassy fees, apostille fees, notary fees) are separate and paid directly by the client to the relevant authority.

Once advisory work has commenced — meaning a consultant has reviewed your case and begun preparation — service fees are non-refundable. If you cancel before any work begins, a partial refund may be considered minus a processing fee. We do not refund fees paid to third parties (embassies, government offices, etc.) as those are outside our control. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Yes. Once you create an account and submit an application, you can log in to your dashboard to track the status of your service request, view uploaded documents, receive notifications, and communicate with your assigned consultant.

Yes. You can book a paid consultation call through our website. During the call, a consultant will review your situation, answer your questions, and recommend the right service path. Consultation fees are separate from service fees but can be credited toward a package if you proceed within 7 days.

Yes. We take data protection seriously and comply with GDPR requirements given our UK and EU operations. Your personal information and documents are stored securely and are not shared with third parties without your consent, except where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
