How does the session take place?

By video call or phone, and the platform is confirmed when you book. You do not need special software.

A booked session can be rescheduled if you ask at least 24 hours before it starts. See the refund policy for what happens with no shows and cancellations.

Is the fee refundable?

Once a session has been delivered the fee is not refundable. If we cancel or fail to deliver a booked session, you receive a full refund. The refund policy has the details.

Should I prepare anything?

Write down your main questions and your timeline. If you have an offer letter, a refusal letter or a document you are unsure about, send it in advance.
